Celebrating One Year of RDF Consulting Group: A Year of Vision, Growth, and Grace

When I launched RDF Consulting Group one year ago, I knew I was stepping into a calling, not just a business venture. I felt God urging me to bridge the gaps I’d witnessed for more than two decades in healthcare leadership. I knew there was a better way to serve, to build systems, and to cultivate environments where people feel seen, respected, and supported.

What I didn’t expect was how deeply this first year would shape me.

Year one taught me that leadership is equal parts humility and courage.

It asked me to stretch, to self-correct, to face my own growth edges, and to stay anchored in the truth that God equips those He calls. It reminded me that excellence is built daily through consistency, intention, and the willingness to listen—really listen—to the needs of the people and organizations we serve.

But the most meaningful part of this year?

The community.

RDF was never meant to be a solo act. It was designed to be a network of leaders and problem-solvers who believe in purpose-driven impact. People who understand that healthcare isn’t just a system—it’s a ministry.

One of our consultants, Charlotte Dixon, MBA MHA, described it perfectly:

“The single biggest benefit of being part of the RDF Consulting Group network is the sense of collaboration and shared purpose. It’s not just a network—it’s a community of professionals who truly value impact, innovation, and integrity in healthcare. Being surrounded by like-minded individuals who are equally passionate about improving systems and outcomes has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. The support, resources, and open exchange of ideas within RDF have helped me refine my approach to driving sustainable change in healthcare operations. The leadership and mentorship within the group have encouraged me to think bigger—focusing not only on daily operations but also on long-term transformation that benefits both providers and patients.”

Her words capture the heart of what this first year has been about: creating safe, innovative, faith-centered spaces where leaders can rise, systems can improve, and collaboration becomes a catalyst for transformation.

What We’ve Built This Year

Where We’re Going

Year two is about clarity.

It’s about refining our systems, expanding our footprint, and deepening the impact we’ve already started. It’s about ensuring that every organization we partner with leaves stronger, more aligned, and more equipped to care for the people who depend on them.

RDF is not just a consulting firm. It’s a mission. A ministry. A community.

And this is only the beginning.

To every consultant, client, partner, and supporter: thank you. Your trust and collaboration have made this first year extraordinary.

Here’s to year two.
More clarity.
More impact.
More purpose.
All guided by purpose.

If you’re ready to strengthen your healthcare systems with clarity, intention, and purpose-driven leadership, I would be honored to support your organization.
