CEO & Principal Consultant
Dr. Raneesha Ford is the CEO and Principal Consultant for RDF Consulting Group. She is an accomplished pharmacy executive and hospital administrator with 20 years of healthcare experience. A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Howard University, and Pfeiffer University, Dr. Ford has contributed to the growth of renowned healthcare institutions such as Novant Health, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Trinity Health, Inova Health, and Baton Rouge General.
A results-driven leader, Dr. Ford has experience in clinical operations, procurement, and organizational development. As CEO and Principal Consultant, she leads complex system initiatives, building strong consultative relationships and driving transformational change with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. Throughout her career, she has led strategic planning and regulatory compliance efforts, particularly in pharmacy operations across diverse healthcare settings.
Dr. Ford is also a recognized subject matter expert in 340B program compliance, and her leadership has earned her a spot on the Baton Rouge Mayor’s Vaccine Health Equity Taskforce. Known for her innovative approach, she excels in fostering organizational growth, operational efficiency, and patient safety.
