Managing $60M Women’s Hospital Renovation. Managed the renovation and construction of a Women’s Hospital with a $60M budget.
Implementing an OB Hospitalist Model. Introduced an OB hospitalist model to improve maternal health outcomes.
Centralizing Purchasing Models. Implemented a centralized purchasing system to streamline procurement processes.
Streamlining Supply Chain and Materials Management. Optimized supply chain processes, including pharmaceuticals, to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Implementing Healthcare IT Systems (EPIC and Cerner). Led the implementation of EPIC and Cerner systems to enhance IT and operational capabilities.
